How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I know if I won the bid?If you won the bid you should have received an email stating "you may have won." You will receive an invoice with a breakdown of each lot you won. If the item/lot is not on your invoice you did not win. We will call each individual buyer after the auction is completely over to verify that they have won and inform them of payment and pickup.

Payment & Pickup?We typically reserve 2 days for payment and pickup unless otherwise advertised. Before bidding, please ensure that you or someone can pick up your items the day of pickup. Items must be paid for with Card or Cash. Our crew will be on sight to help you load your items the day of pickup. We are able to ship some items. Check the lot to see if shipping is available.

How do I pay?Eventually, we will have it setup with the card that you registered for the auction will be the card that is charged after the auction. For now, we send out an invoice via Square to your email. We are also able to accept PayPal. If you wish to pay with cash, click the "Pay with Cash" button when you register for an auction.

Do you ship items?Yes, we have the ability to package and ship most items. We use the best products to ship your items. Be sure to check the lot to see if it is available for shipping. After you pay for your items, we will send out a second invoice the following week for shipping costs.
