My Story

Brandon Richards, the visionary behind 931 AUCTIONS, LLC, brings an impressive blend of experience and expertise to the company. Hailing from Sparta, Tennessee, Brandon's roots are deeply embedded in farming and construction. From a young age, he worked alongside his father on roofing and construction projects.

After graduating from White County High School, Brandon proudly served in the United States Air Force as part of the Security Forces. His military career saw him stationed and deployed globally, honing skills that would later become invaluable in his civilian pursuits. Leveraging his VA benefits, Brandon achieved a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA), along with Associates degrees in Criminal Justice and Real Estate Studies.

Following his military service, Brandon expanded his security expertise with Triple Canopy in Israel. In 2013, he transitioned into the real estate industry, quickly making his mark. His tenure at various brokerages was distinguished by numerous awards and accolades, underscoring his dedication and skill.

In April 2024, Brandon launched 931 AUCTIONS, LLC, where he now serves as the Principal Broker, Principal Auctioneer, and Owner. His hands-on approach to business ensures that he is involved in every step of the process, from answering phone calls and installing signs to conducting auctions and preparing closing paperwork.

Brandon's commitment extends beyond his professional life. He has been happily married to his wife, Cody, for ten years, and they have three children. His daughter, Abilene, at age seven, is already a budding helper at the office and enjoys visiting new properties. Brandon’s twin boys, James and Jason, are a lively pair at a year and a half old, keeping the family on their toes.

Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking out, and engaging in outdoor activities in his limited free time. His passion for the outdoors makes him particularly enthusiastic about selling properties near lakes, where he can occasionally take a fishing break.
